Our planning packages provide everything you need to start creating your dream day with the utmost of ease. From initial consultation to budget management to on the day coordination, we have everything covered.

On The Day Coordination

From start to finish, our team will be there every step of the way to ensure your day is as special as it should be.

  • 8 hours of on the day coordination

  • Assistance with run sheet preparation and communicating with vendors 2-3 weeks out from the special day

  • Organising all suppliers

  • Ensuring stylising suppliers are adhering to the brief provided

  • On the day contact

  • Liaising with the MC to make sure we are staying on track with the run sheet
